What we do

Built, restored, repaired.

One shop for the whole life of a trailer — from the first cut of steel to the rebuild that puts it back on the road.

01

Custom trailers, engineered to your load

Tell us the load, the terrain and the duty cycle. We draw it, engineer the frame, and build it to spec — flatbed, utility, tagalong and open-deck configurations, with the axle, brake and deck package the job actually needs.

02

Restoration

Used trailers stripped, straightened and rebuilt to current safety standards without losing the steel that made them worth keeping.

03

Repair & frame work

Cracked crossmembers, bent rails, air and electrical faults, suspension and brake work — diagnosed and welded back to true.

04

Upgrades & modifications

Heavier suspensions, better braking, new decking, toolboxes and lighting retrofits that extend service life instead of replacing it.

05

Emergency road repair

Down on the shoulder or stuck at a jobsite? We mobilise, make it safe and legal, and get the load moving again.

In-house capability

Every weld, under one roof.

No outsourced frames, no mystery subcontractors. Design, cut, weld, finish and test all happen in the same building — which is why we can quote honestly and stand behind the steel.

  • In-house CAD drawings and frame engineering
  • Certified MIG and flux-core welding procedures
  • Blast, prime and powder-coat finishing line
  • Air, electrical and brake system build-out
  • DOT compliance, plating and documentation
  • Loaded deflection testing before handover

From the yard

Operators who came back.

“

We spec’d three flatbeds for gravel work and they came back heavier than we asked for — in the right places. Four winters in, no cracked crossmembers.

Dale HoffmannFleet manager, Red River Aggregates
“

A bent rail would have written off the trailer anywhere else. They straightened it, re-decked it and had us loaded again inside a week.

Marisol VegaOwner-operator, Vega Hauling
“

They called us before they welded anything, twice, to confirm the axle spacing against our permits. That is not normal and we are grateful for it.
